Trojan/Pop-up/Adware trouble today

My new Thinkpad seems to have picked up a bad case of popups (WinAntiVirus2006 ads, firewall requests for a process i don't recognize ishost.exe)

I have tried to prune the trouble with an extended scan using a variety of tools (Symantec AV 9, Ad-Aware SE Plus 1.06r1, Spybot S&D, ewido etc.)

I am not sure if I have gotten all of this junk off my machine and would appreciate more experienced eyes taking a look at the logs from ewido and Hijack This to let me know if I have further repairs to make.

Go HERE and follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and Ewido logs into this thread, only after doing the above.
