Trojan removal, please help

  1. My PC has been on go slow for several weeks. Last week my Ad Aware program picked up a trojan called: Trojan.Win32.Generic!BT After rebooting I was informed that the Malware had been cleared, although the PC has remained slow and often freezes up altogether. A friend recommended that I take a Hijack This log and post it on a forum where a professional could assist me, so I would be really grateful if someone could help me.
