Trojandownloader.xs got me

Hello, I have the trojandownloader.xs virus. I have been reading on here and see that you guys have been able to help so many people fix this and i was hoping you could help me.I am running vista and IE.
I am very much a PC ***** so plese be patient with me. Thank you very much for any help. Bill

Post the logs as stated when finished to be reviewed.

In addition, because of your specific infection we will also need the following:

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

• Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
  
• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply
  • If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
  • C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt

Hey guys, Last night i got through step 6 on that list of things to do. The scans took a long time.
As of now the problem seems to be gone.Should i continue through the whole list or do you think i am ok.
Thanks alot for the help so far,i would have never figured this out on my own.

Yes you should continue, absence of symptoms does not mean that the problem is gone.
