thanks for the sweet site the help is well appreciated. symptoms for my computer are when it starts up an error message pops up RUNDLL C:\documents and settings\owner\localsettings\applicationdata.inrcopul.dll and then the owner folder opens automatically and slow at start up. other than that it seems to be going alot better than before now. thank you

Depending on what your system is used for, you may want to reformat instead of clean.
If you decide to clean, read the Viruses/spyware/trojans preliminary removal instructions and follow the instructions exactly. Then post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread.
