Trouble installing Windows XP Service Pack 3

  1. Hello, I recently had to reinstall windows so that means I needed to update my computer. I'm trying to upgrade to service pack 3 but I always get this Copy Error.

    Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or change it and insert 'Windows XP Service Pack 3 Source Files' in the drive you specify."

    I have no idea what do do. Thanks in advance.

    are you upgrading to SP3 from a disk or from a windows update?

    If from a disk, you have a file missing, corrupt, or damaged.
    Run CHKDSK C: from the command prompt to check your disk for corruption also.
