Hey everyone, this is my first post on Tech Spot 
I was attempting to reinstall the game after d/ling the 1.03 patch to get it back to 1.02, but every time after I've tried reinstalling it, I just get this: It appears to have installed, but if I try to launch the game, it just doesn't load up and gets stuck on a grey screen before the main menu actually comes up. I also get an error message coming up that says: The application failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found- Maybe reinstalling the application will help.
And that message keeps popping up untill I reboot my system.
