I have a Dell with an intell board, there are 4 memory slots one currently filled with a 184 pin DDR 333 512 mb ram. i just installed another 184 pin DDR 333 512 mb stick of ram, when i restarted a screen popped up saying dual channel memory requires the same DIMM acrossed all channels "press any key to continue". then it goes to a blank screen and an under score _ blinks. I tried taking the ram out and going back to what was already in there and it just said ram decreased and the underscore was blinking.
