i upgraded me pc (model-compaq presario SG3450IL) xp service pack 2 n i cudnt find me motherboard cd...! gosh i felt sick... the audio stuff wuz gone n so wuz the ethernet n so i tried downloading it in the hp website but it wud only support vista n not xp so i dont noe what to...is there anyone who cud help me out with this plsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.....................

It would seem you downgraded your comp to XP and they do not provide drivers fir it.

You will need to determine the specific chipsets on that mobo and Google for XP drivers for similar chipsets.
