    Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.

    • If you leave the topic without explanation in the middle of a cleaning process, you may not be eligible to receive any more help in malware removal forum.

    I tried to follow your instructions but my browser will not go to the websites for free antivirus or the malware removal tool, nor can I go and download adobe flash player. On IE it says security certificate error and on google chrome it says page cannot be found.

    Make sure your computer date is correct.

    NOTE 1. Use another working computer to download necessary tools. Use USB flash drive to transfer it from good computer to the bad one.
    NOTE 2. Install Panda USB Vaccine, or BitDefenderā€™s USB Immunizer on GOOD computer to protect it from any infected USB device.
