Trump's cybersecurity advisor had his iPhone erased after entering the wrong password

How about Trump leaving thousands upon thousands of Kurds to fend for themselves against the Turkish army? Jeez, how could you have left that out? That happened practically the day before yesterday.

BTW, Turkey is supposed to be a member of NATO, and guess what, they invited the Russians in to give them a hand

Internal affairs of turkey are not our business.

You do understand that "NATO", stands for "North Atlantic Treaty Organization", don't you?

If so, then you surely must know what, "USSR" stands for. How about "Warsaw Pact nations", does that ring a bell?

Every time I've posted here recently, it gives my ego a boost because it makes me feel as though I'm a 5th grade civics teacher. Of course there's another, "it seems like I"m talking to a wall" aspect to it as well,. Which is, to say the least, disappointing.

Speaking of egos, how about that massive one Trump has?

I'm well aware of what nato is, I'm also well aware the Kurds are not covered by nato, if turkey was attacked and requested nato assistance it would be American boots with British, German, Spanish, portuges, Italian ECT all attacking the Kurds. You don't seem to understand nato at all.

Now if Turkey wants to change affiliations to Russia that is their choice, alliances change all the time.

Much like Putin's current objectives of reassembling the former Soviet Union, it seems like Turkey might have aspirations to reassemble the Ottoman Empire... In a petty sort of way.

But you might be right, we don't need therm anymore, we've already stolen their towel technology.

And I suppose your reasoning is because he's black. This has got to be one of the best examples of whataboutism I have ever seen.

Just pointing it out, or we can realize what fringe groups do has nothing to do with the president.

I'll concede that Obama did pander to black interests quite a bit, but he never spewed hate quite like Trump. Nor was he the complete egomaniac or pathological liar Trump is.

But, facts is facts, or whoever speaks last is right, and we can argue that point all day.

One constant is the fact that there aren't really any viable alternatives to him, or they haven't manifested themselves as such quite yet.

Steven Colbert has a bead on Trump and all his shortcomings and stupidity. At the end of the day, all Trump is good at, is pushing people around until they lend him money to build something.

OTOH Mr. Colbert is not that much more than an a** wipe to the uber deviant left:

The fact of the matter is, the US has become the real life equivalent of "District One", in the "Hunger Games" series.

With that said, The field of Democratic opponents is quite fallow Julian Castro's 'platform' (who is of Hispanic decent), consists of wanting to throw our borders open and the hell with ICE. I've always said, "the Mexicans want to take back the entire southwest, one overcrowded apartment at a time". Castro would summarily allow exactly that.

And Buttigieg as president? IMHO, 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. would be the laughing stock of the entire world, the minute his "house husband" moved in.

The whole "Pocahontas" thing will haunt Elizabeth Warren badly, should she engage the Democratic nomination And mercifully Hillary Clinton isn't running

We have a massive racial divide, an ever advancing gender identity and deviant sexuality crisis, while most of the country is heavily addicted to drugs. If that doesn't sound like full blown decadence and the end of an empire, /nothing would..

However, Trump is far from the solution, he's just one annoying wild card in the equation, for reasons too numerous to mention.

I was in "Kurdistan" in Northern Iraq. The Kurds love America for saving them from Saddam. And they gave their lives along with American forces to protect their homeland and American interests from ISIS terrorists. I was stunned when I heard that Trump let a country like Turkey (which has recently spurned the US and bought missiles from Russia instead) attack US allies and lead to the liberation of 10s of thousands of ISIS sympathisers. Even more so when it transpired that it was likely the Kurds who provided the intel leading to al Baghdadi's assassination. Turkey has basically done a land-grab in much the same way as Putin did in Ukraine. Of all the things that Trump has done, that sets a new low standard for me.

As for this muppet with his iPhone, it's yet another reason for the world to laugh at Trump's choices. I would guess around 20% of Trump's choices make America great again. The other 80% push you closer to the cliff. Americans need to figure out what it means to be "great". Because superiority through isolation is not going to work.

I skimmed and saw the Hitler part ( go figure) and you lost credit. Did you know Obama was the one that had the cages made????? Explain that buddy. The major problem in America is illegals & our safety. Democrats especially in California NEED CHEAP LABOR and EASY VOTES. I use to work in the wine industry and without that help the vineyards would fail and the industry in Cali would crumble. Think outside the box man. Sorry but vets, law enforcement, and our homeless should come first. Look at any Democrat state and you will see they only focus on illegals and sanctuary area's that protect them from I.C.E............ Buddy read up on CT churches that protect illegals and ignore I.C.E This happens every week. We have homeless people pooping and peeing and having sexxx on video in the streets in California. Use your eyes and the truth like LIVELEAK, LEAKEDREALITY THEYNC, BESTGORE & THEGUDDA. You will truly see what's happening around America and the world. I'm done here.

Where's the part of your comment where you reply on topic?

Thanks for the input from a person on the ground. Its a refreshing welcome to all the uninformed BS that is often let loose here.

Personally, I do not think that those supporting isolation can understand exactly what they are proposing. From my viewpoint, those supporting that isolation seem to think everyone but them are the causes of the problems. To me, it is a classic case of scapegoating.

I am not so sure that Warren would not have the ability to gracefully find a way to deal with that issue.

However, as I have said before, anyone but Trump. IMO, he's doing everything he possibly can to drain the swamp of anyone with even an iota of ethical behavior, and fill it with buffoons that think they are above the law and bow down to him as if he were a dictator. If you ask me, if he gets a second term there's an unbelievable risk of far worse to come.

I agree that there are signs an impeding end of an empire. However, I am not so sure that the whole sexual identity thing is something that can be fixed. It apparently has been a part of humanity for thousands of years. https://www.washingtonpost.com/worl...mains-are-two-men-holding-hands-study-claims/
I don't really think trying to change such people would result in anything constructive.

Internal affairs of turkey are not our business.

Look of all the less than super bright comments in this thread already - this is probably the "best"

America MADE IT it's business for years now, and that kind of attitude is EXACTLY why 9/11 happened, learn from your motherBLINKING history !

People in the middle east didn't just wake up one morning and think "We hate america", they hate america because they got F-ed by America time and again.

@wiyosaya Have you noticed these political threads aren't anywhere near as fun or funny until they go completely off the rails
@captaincranky Why yes, I have. In fact, I recently contributed to taking another thread completely off the rails just for the fun of it and to return the :poop: being flung around. I succeeded in having three of my posts deleted in that thread. It was fun while it lasted. ?

The whole mess is a travesty -- TL;DR did we all notice the story is over a year old

Exactly so let's them be to murder each other it's not our problem, if the Turks and Kurds want to go to war let them, America has no need to be the police of the world, we tried that and the world hated us for it, so I say we stand back and let the world do what it wants as long as it doesn't effect American interests.

Well, no it isn't. @mongeese put it up yesterday. The article contains tweets from Giuliani which are a year old, but his problems with technology, and hence the story line, extends into the present.

Since Trump appointed him, (Giuliani (or is it "pays him under the table to be his lawyer"?)), Mr. Trump is fair game to be dragged into this fray. That is predicated upon Mr. Trump's impending impeachment inquiry, and Mr. Juliani's "accidental" destruction of possibly relevant evidence to those hearings.

In any case, even if it was a year ago the data destroyed on Giuliani's phone was also possibly relevant to the Muller report's claim of possible, "obstruction of justice" by Trump contained therein.

In any case, if the House indicts Trump for abusing the power of his office for personal gain, IMHO, they ought to tack on the obstruction charge just for fun

Here's what I could copy from the article's header:

Trump is the best president since Reagan. We have a president putting American interests above everyone else's. He isn't backing down to China and he could care less what the EU or un think. It's time we had someone in office more concerned with American interests than Africa or Asia's interests.

Don't get your hopes up, impeachment will only help Trump win in 2020, The Senate will not impeach him and Democrats will instead appear as whining children that throw a tantrum.
