    i bought the laptop from Amazon. about a month ago. Exact same price. good purchase i would consider it.

    Its an Acer, No matter which one I come accross or buy it ALWAYS has a hardware fault within a few months. Had a ThinkPad before which never Broke once and currently got a HP Compaq nx7400 which ash only had a hard drive failure. My GF has a Dell which is yet to break but is less than a year old, but the 2 Acers I bought, one was a 15.4 incher the other was a 17 Incher, both broke with Months and there support is as help as the smoking Chimp on the below link to the BBC News website:-
