TV Monitor pixels are "shaking" at 1920x1080 res

So I have my PC plugged into a Sanyo DP26648 with HDMI. GPU is an AMD Radeon 7770 1GB. When I made the resolution 1920x1080 it shakes. Which I know that means it most likely won't work. But I am wondering if its possible to make it work correctly?

Looks like native resolution per specs page you provided is:
"Resolution 1366 x 768"

This is what your monitor can physically do. The dance happens when you ask it to do more than it can.
