TV or MONITOR for 360?

With the iminent release of the 360 on friday i was wonering which would my 360 look better on if its the monitor then i will buy the VGA adapter and use my Monitor as a tv for my 360:

i have a samsung 28inch pureflat tv, its not LCD or anything lk that just a regular set.

or will the 360 look better through the monitor? *its an old monitor btw prob about 3-4years old.

the xbox360 has an hdtv DVI hookup in the back that makes a difference, go for it. the high def xbox graphics need a high def tv or good monitor to be fully enjoyed.
