TV Tuner & PCI-E Video Card

So currently I've got a ATI Radeon HD 4870 PCI-E card in my computer. I want to add some kind of a TV-Tuner like the ATI TV Wonder 200, or similar product so that I can record TV shows and whatnot on my computer. Am I going to experience any issues having both cards functioning at the same time? Is this the best setup or should I try something else for my PVR needs?
