TV tuner?

    Hey Guys, any reccomend a TV-Tuner? I just want to be able to play my older SNES and N64 using my 23" Monitor, otherwise, I can't play em at all.

    Any suggestions?

    Needs to be PCI-E
    I have a $50 spending limit.

    You're running 4GB memory on XP Home? I bet XP (32-bit) only sees 3.2GB memory max. Look at the Hauppauge products for PC TV tuners
