I have two monitors on my box, my main is a 19" LCD, the 2nd is a 17" CRT monitor, I use UltraMon as my software for my monitors. From time to time my 2nd monitor spazzes out and flickers between different resolutions when I visit certain websites. I'm wondering, do I have the refresh rate too high or low or is there some option I should mess with to make it NOT do that? Or can anyone give me any ideas on how to fix this plz? Thank you!!
