It already has been defeated, but that's not the point. Why do you have to wait for someone to crack it before you can play it again? What if that took 2 weeks, or longer?

You know things are getting bad when you're waiting on the "warez community" to make it possible for you to enjoy a game that you actually paid for without having to uninstall half your existing software to do so.
