I have a newer Dell XPS420 Desktop running Vista Home Premium. 2 users, both are Administrators. I try to get into my Power Options via the Control Panel, however I always get "Your Power Plan is not available" message. Been like this for a couple of months now and I have no idea why it will not give me access.
