IMO, you best just let well enough alone - - management may get sufficiently upset that
you will be looking for another job.
If you're at a university or sharing access with someone, you really ought to seek a consensus opinion
rather than brute force circumvention. How will you handle the issue of introducing a virus to
the group due to your actions?
