Unable to open Task manager

  1. bhavyas Newcomer, in training

    I have tried many of the possible ways to enable task manager. Used Spy boy and Malwarebytes.
    Can you please check the file attached and comment on what should I do?

    P.S. I feel once when I was browsing two days back some windows pc defender was getting installed whih the spyware had removed.
    Further I am unable to edit the host file.
    Unable to upload the host file.
