, I have installed the HP photosmart B110a wireless printer onto my Asus laptop. I run windows 7 professional. After installing the printer it seems to have saved to a z:\drive. This is what it says when I try to open it from my computer.
z:\ refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure the disc is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the internet or your network connection, and then try again.If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.
I did not load the printer using a disc, this was done online. It is wireless and I have a belkin router. I can print document and pictures to the printer but unable to scan from printer to laptop. The message I get on the printer screen is 'Try scan from computer or see documentation'.
I am very confused..so thanks for any help.
