Unable to start Xp normally

    Whenever i on my computer it doesnt start normally like it supposed to it freezes. I can only get in if i use safe mode networking. The internet is working while i am in safe mode networking although the norton anti virus does not. I have tried restoring my computer ten times now! But when ever i restore the computer restarts then the it freezes. Can anyone help plz?
