unable to take screenshots

I just installed a micro innovations office keyboard and now for some reason, I can't take any screenshots. I've tried Alt+PrtScr, Ctrl+Alt+PrtScr, and numerous other different things, but it isn't doing anything. Can anybody offer advice as to what might be wrong?

This might be silly, but press just [Print Screen] and paste the image into MS Paint (Start / Run / mspaint.exe to verify it is not a problem with your graphics software or method.

If it doesn't do anything, I only have two suggestions. First suggestion: Download a screen capture program. They usually offer better features and save directly to a file. Second suggestion: Uninstall the software for your keyboard, since the software is usually just extra junk that really isn't critical.
