Unable to use iTunes, need help to re-install

  1. Hi, I was hoping someone could help me re-install iTunes. I'm not sure why I'm running into this problem.

When I try to run it now, I get an error that says, "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."

When i try to reinstall iTunes with a download from the iTunes website, I also get an error saying old product cannot be removed.

iTunes is not listed in the "add/remove programs"

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Use the ADD/REMOVE where possible and if missing, look through the \Program Files directory for productName\uninsxxx.exe
