I have a Dell Inspiron I want to put a new wireless card in...
Since the driver wants to fail all the time. It's brand new and not even paid for fully yet. The wifi card doesn't wanna stay connected and disconnects from the internet quite a lot.
The wireless card I have is, well, I pulled it out of a toshiba and It doesn't help if I search the internet for the card.

The card has on it: ICASA TA-2008/567
    Toshiba Gcode: G86C0004510

The words on the card look like they are in french. Any help?

Well in regards to a "trusted source" that you might secure the driver for a "RTL8187B", give the following source a try! I've been using C|Net for years, they almost have never let me down!

Realtek RTL8187B Wireless 802.11b/g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter Driver

Good luck to you, I think this one is going to work out for you! :)
