  1. I have a Dell Inspiron 531s with Vista Home Premium, AMD Athlon(TM) 64x2 dual core processor 4000+, 2gb memory, 32 bit operating system, integrated GeForce 6150se video card. I would like to upgrade the video card to run Lego video games, GeForce 6150 is not a supported card. I contacted Dell with my service tag number and they recommended a few upgrades that would work in my computer. Since my psu is only 250 watts there is not much to choose from. Video cards that are supported by the video game and are compatable with my computer are Radeon x1300 and GeForce 8400gs. Which one, if any, is best?

8400 GS is better, because the second digit of earlier graphic card represent their level. first digit represent their year.

X1300 is on a level with nvidia 7300. 8400 GS is thus way to go, not only newer but also at higher level.
