Upgrading HD 6770

Recently built this pc but i made a mistake by buying a 6770 when i have the money for a 6870.

i3 2100
700w OCZ ModXStream8
8gb ddr3 1333
19' monitor

how much more performance would i see if i switched to a hd 6870?
Also what would be a fair price to sell a 6770 in mint condition

The 6870 is about twice as powerful. Check this review for a good comparison of other GPUs.

You could try returning it to where it is you bought it from and see if they accept paying a difference and getting a 6870 instead?

i bought it from amazon.com and had it shipped to my relative in the us , and i live in canada so while i was visiting i got it at their place, now i am back in canada
