Upgrading my Dell XPS 400

Well as my title says I would like to upgrade my Dell XPS 400. I'm doing this cause i would like to play some of the latest games. Heres my specs:

Processor
2.80 gigahertz Intel Pentium D (2 CPUs)
16 kilobyte primary memory cache
1024 kilobyte secondary memory cache

RAM
1024 Megabytes Installed Memory

Video Card

NVIDIA GeForce 6800

Now the plan is to upgrade the video card and the ram. Right now my computer has (2) 512 sticks. I'm going to buy (4) 1gb sticks and a Radeon HD 4830 512MB

Do you think I need to get another power supply also? Im almost positive the power supply i have now is a 375 watt. Do you think the ram and new video card are good enough to play today's top games?

I really dont think i need to upgrade my processor. Anyone disagree? I'd really appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

Also is there a big difference between DDR2 PC2-5300 and DDR2 PC2-6400 or should i just go with the 6400 that is 8 dollars more on each 1gb stick?
