Upgrading my video card

My computer has an MSI Iona motherboard with an Intel Core 7 860 processor and 8 Mb RAM. It also has a NVidia GT230 video card which I would like to replace. Does anyone have any ideas?

Any $100 graphics card would be an upgrade.

The questions are:

1. What is your budget?
2. What do you need the upgrade for, general use or gaming?
   
3. Is your power supply strong enough to support an upgrade?
