USB devices don't work

    i have just formatted my pc, and everything was going fine, i installed all the drivers, but after i reboot after i instaled the last drivers the pci device drivers my usb ports dont work no more, only work in safe mode, can someone help me!!!!
    Im using an acer extensa e261...

    go into device manager and remove the USB ports, then reboot and see if they get refound.
