USB not at Hi Speed only at FullSpeed

    hi guys iv been trying to figure out why my usb is only running at fullspeed heres what iv done

    reinstalled windows 3x
    rest bios
    up/down graded bios
    all setting in bios are set to hi speed

    i cant think of anything plz help
