A user has been using her laptop for several years and uses Outlook for her POP3 email.
When we installed a server and joined her laptop to the domain she was unable to see her email without logging out of the server and logging back into her local account.
How do I let her domain profile be the same as her local profile?

You can't, it's considered as a different user. Just take the settings from Outlook and import them into the other account name.

Outlook .pst files

Can I export her outlook files, calendar, and such to a .pst file while she is logged into her local account, then after she logs into the domain, setup Outlook and import the .pst files in her domain account?

yes the pst grabs everything. btw you may want to also grab the autofill (my users complain till the cows come home when they have to start over.) the autofill is in appdata/micro/outlook with an .nk2 file extension. replace in the same location of the other profile and restart outlook. she wont notice the difference.....other than the missing signature which you can grab too.
