For some reason my Vaio HD will not boot to the C prompt after using the
format C: /s command. It recognizes the presence of the hard drive but simply wont boot from it. We installed the Hard Drive in my friends Dell laptop and it went to the C prompt without a problem.
I've played with the Bios settings as much as possible in order to get it to boot from the Hard Drive and now i'm lost. Time after time I see the No Operating System Found Message and i'm not sure why I cant get it to bootup.
