Hey guys, I'm in a dilemma of which computer to choose. I'm looking at both and they seem to have similar specs.

The second is better for gaming, but if you do not do any gaming, you might as well go with the first. The only real difference is that the second has a faster video card.

This, though the micro velocity is much more expensive, while the graphics card id only about...say, $100 more expensive?
 
Yes, but he said he did not want to build himself, and I assume that also means he does not want to upgrade his own video card.
 
You are comparing apples and orange.

Try to custom button and match the Dell system to the Z30 first, then check the price difference. You can upgrade the Dell video card and OS. You probably end-up around within $100-200 of each other. Check if Z30 is tripple channel or not, I think the Dell system is a triple channel mobo. i7 taks advantage of triple channel when i5 does not.
