    is the kicker! it'll be in the amazon marketplace :) or available as a package from either google themselves(just not on the market) or some clever hacker.

    It's ok, like tehbanz said, it will still be available through some other market, or as an .apk that people will just download to their phones. Google knows this, and that's why they're just kicking back saying "meh, it's cool." :p
