My RAID controller is: HPT372 UDMA/ATA133 RAID (last software version)

I have two HardDisk on RAID: the first is Maxtor 120gb 7200rpm ATA133 8mb of buffer (connected on IDE3). The second is 120gb Seagate 7200rpm ATA100 8mb of buffer (connected on IDE4).

    RAID 0, Block size: 64k
Motherboard: ABIT K7D-RAID (with last bios)

Take a look at this test. Mainly the write speed!

    What could causing this ?

First of all, looks like your drives are sharing an IDE channel. Put them on separate cables.

Is it really this slow or is it just the test? With sth that slow you should feel it also.
