Will it fit on the board and the outputs stick out of the tower with no problem?

It will work fine unless you have a device that needs that pcie x1 below your pcie x16 slot. it just takes up two of the knockout plates on the back....you know the ones revealing that dreadful wallpaper? J/K

hah, great then it will fit bc i dont plan to ever use that pcie x1
