Video driver is wrong

    i have no clue what video card i have. dxdiag doesnt know either. it says not available when i try and see what i have. im having alot of lockups and am assuming that is why? how can i find out what card i have?

    Take it out and look at it. If it is a Radeon or nVidia card, you can go to their respective websites and use them to automatically find a compatible driver. This is for a separate graphics card. Do you have onboard graphics?
