  1. Today I went to staples to find if I could find any hidden drivers on my laptop because most computers come equipped with 2 video drivers(or so I am told) WEll he told me to go to the sony site and find video drivers there but no luck. the current driver I have is this: Standard VGA Graphics adapter version 6.0.6000.16386 and the game i want to play want a graphic card like this: GeForce FX 5200 125 MB or ATI Radeon 9550 125 MB.

this is my dilemma. so can i just download the drivers for them or can you guys lead me to the correct drivers

heres the minimum specs for the game
    CPU Pentium III 1.5 GHz
    RAM 512 MB
Video Card GeForce FX 5200 125 MB or ATI Radeon 9550 125 MB

    and heres my specs
    Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1700 MHz 1.70 ghz
    767 ram
    32 bit OS

It seems that your laptop doesnt have a graphics card, and your system doesnt detect your Graphics card.

    Here's the scoop.

Windows comes with a generic "standard" graphics driver. This allows your display to work with basic function even when its "hardware specific" driver isn't installed (thus you can at least see something so you can install the hardware specific driver.
(and right now you're running with the generic driver so you have limited functionality)

The Sony website for your laptop HERE has two video drivers for your machine.(looks like one is an updated version)

You can only install hardware drivers that MATCH your hardware.
