Video glitch in 1080p on Xbox 360

    I have the HD VGA cable for my Xbox 360, which is hooked up to my 24" Spectre computer monitor. This monitor says right in the manual that it supports 1920x1080 @60hz, which the Xbox is outputting, but at the bottom of the screen everything is stretched vertically. When I have it connected to my computer and set it to that same resolution there is no problem

    Another thing is that if I try to change the V or H position, pixel clock, or use the Auto Adjust feature, the screen stops displaying everything but leaves the back light on and won't respond.
