View Computer Remotely As It Boots

Hello all,
I need help finding a software that is similar to what iLo delivers. I've used VNC, remote desktop, etc, however now I need similar that will allow me to view the computer as it starts up. I'll need the ability to input keys remotely as well.

Starts up, WIndows ? or the BIOS and POST screen.

What exactly are you trying to acheive.

All of it. A software that will allow me to view it remotely and input keys right after it is turn 'ON', from startup to OS login screen.
