    Hello,
I followed the "8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions" exactly as told. I have attached the Log Files as well. I cudnt get a log file of SUPERAntiSpyware. Before i could save a log file, I accidently clicked on Restart Now after the scan was over. The following Trojan was detected in SUPERAntiSpyware : Trojan.Dropper/Sys.Nv. And also 2 more were detected in MalwareBytes, which i guess will be included in the log file. After removal of these 3 trojans/spyware/malware, my comp works absolutely fine. The Show Hidden Files also works perfectly. But i attached the log files incase i should take some necessary precautions for the future.
The log files have been attached.

    Thank You.

Run the scans of MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware again from a Cold Boot to <SAFE MODE>
and then run HiJackThis again. Give us all three logs.
