Virus found, but want to sell computer

    i have my nannys hp 530 notebook, and she wants me to sell it for her. So i need to wipe it but i dnt have a windows vista installation disc and my only alternative is to uninstall everything isn't it? but i found a virus on it? how can i get rid of it. i dont want to clean the comp, i want to wipe it, but with no vista disc what can i do?

    would be great if i could get this sorted quickly..

    fair enough. you can close this thread now then. i dont think im gonna be able to sell it anyhow coz i dont really know what i can get rid of all the personal stuff..buti need to delete as much as possible without screwing up the os. thanks any way. Ill just clean up tuther computer
