Inactive Virus Infecting Java (?) Causing me to be Unable to Connect to Internet

Hello Everyone,

I've recently come across a problem with my computer. At random intervals, my computer temporarily disconnects from the internet, causing me to be disconnected from any games or websites I am viewing. Eventually, my internet just stopped working all together. Upon scanning and investigating this problem, a virus was uninstalled and my internet (magically) worked.

HOWEVER, in the next week or so, I started playing Minecraft with my friends, and realized that it wouldn't connect me to the Minecraft network. I promptly re-installed java, and it worked like a charm.

Then, the internet started disconnecting again, to the point where it stopped completely working, yet again. I ran virus scans, nothing. I then tried to uninstall Java. The moment it uninstalls, the internet is back on again.

This problem has persisted throughout the past few weeks, and I would enjoy having java on my computer, as I also like programming Java in eclipse. Help?

I have scanned with MalwareBytes, Norton, and Microsoft Security Essentials. Nothing.
