Virus/malware infection

My computer has had a virus for the past few weeks, and no matter what I try using to get rid of them, nothing is working.

As of now, under the resident shield alert in AVG, its showing two crypt.eml, one agent2.jrs, and one packed.rolex

Any suggestions?
