Virus or Worm?

  1. Hi,
I downloaded a torrent file and installed it, but it had something attached to it.
Now when I restart windows, i get a message "Windows Security Centre is disabled" and I am not able to enable it. Then I try and run SuperAntiSpyware or MalwareBytes and they are not responding and windows makes me close them.
I opened Internet Exlporer to try and search the problem, and it keep redirecting my page away to irrelevant things, and pop ups are coming up on my default home page. Also IE is closing itself.
This all happens even in I run in Safe Mode!
I do not know what to do.
(I am writing this post from my laptop as I cant do it from my main pc.)
    I am running Vista (32bit).
I have attached the HiJackThis file.

Hope to hear from someone soon.

I have not been able to find any information on this, and the more i try use the computer, the more i am blocked. I can not even send emails or run any spyware programs. My virus scanner says it clean, as does cccleaner, vundofix and sdfix.

I will just format the pc. I need this back up asap and format always fixes even though its annoying reinstalling and starting system again.

    Thanks for the update

Also instead of installing: System Mechanic Professional AntiVirus
Which obviously didn't protect your system

    Install Avira free AntiVirus
