Inactive Viruses?Windows 7 disappeared operating system missing

I had dual boot windows 7 and linux console. Linux console want really a high quality installation. it wasnt working correctly I installed CentOS in its place. after I got through the install I rebooted and Windows wasnt on the menu. ai I used a boot disk I made for just such an occasion went into system recovery. I tried to access my restore point. and windows went away. apparently it has some virus thats changing the drive letters, Ive reassigned them twice and it does no good how do I get through this situation
