Vista 64 and ati drivers

having a problem with this since changing to vista 64 from XP, anyone know what it means? i have tried driver sets from 8-10 to 9-3..im stumped.

Frankly, there has been a bit of many posts on various websites, and these people have got this problem/posted it on this day, (April 07, 2009), I have no idea how to fix this, so I just try and work with it, I've got windows XP and this has become a problem ever since I've used windows update to update all programs through the Windows website.
