Vista Bluescreen restart

hello,
i m a new user, i've a problem that my system restarts automatically after displaying a bluescreen.I've been experiencing this problem for quite some tym now and this happens generally wen i leave the system idle for some time or even when i,m working on it.upon restart a recovery msg. appears as follows:

i'm using windows vista and my system config. is,
intel core2duo 2.66 ghz
2 gb ram
intel dg33 fb,
256 mb nvidia gpu 7300 gts

these are the files that dest describe the problem:

i've attached the the minidump file but the other 2 files are not present now.
my minidump folder has another file which also i ve attached.
PLZ. help

Can you download and run HiJack This?

Did you have this problem before you installed Service Pack 1... or did VISTA come with Service Pack 1. If added, uninstall, and try again.

no, this prob. was prevalent even wen i din't install sp 1...
and as fr. hijack this ... i'll do it as soon as i get it...

ah vista issues , if you have upgraded to the SP1 and have got this Blue screen you may have to get past it in safemode or restore your pc with the partition or CD its the only way around it
