Vista hibernate not working properly

  1. noob1244 Newcomer, in training

    i have vista and after doing a disk clean up the hibernate button went away, but i managed to get it back thanks to this forum :). Now if i close the lid on my laptop it goes to sleep even when it says Hibernate on the power options. Whats wrong and how can i fix it?
